Shabnamsadat (“Shabnam”) Shobeiri is a versatile chemist who is proficient in conducting various tests, analyzing results, and has knowledge about various chemicals, compounds, and materials. She has a strong scientific approach towards problem-solving, process development, and optimization for laboratory and commercial operations. Shabnam is well-organized, detail-oriented, and has good project management and planning abilities that will help her with Startup projects. Shabnam has experience working with various specialized devices such as HPLC, GC, atomic, spectrophotometer, fluorescence, and titrator. She is also familiar with mineral analysis and has proficiency in laboratory supervision. Shabnam is skilled at performing tests related to QC, R&D in accordance with the instructions, concluding contracts, and supervising its implementation. As a Chemical Laboratory Supervisor at Ghiran Pakhsh Setare Iranian, Shabnam established a laboratory quality management system based on the IEC / ISO17025 international standard, performed tests related to the research unit and product quality, conducted experiments on raw materials and products entering the factory, and performed formulation and quality tests of bitumen. Shabnam holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Islamic Azad University and has completed a pre-university diploma from Shayestegan Complex. Shabnam has earned multiple licenses and certificates, including management skills, ISO/IEC 17025, management and quality assurance course, laboratory safety training, and an international course of computer skills (ICDL / ECDL).

I am a knowledgeable laboratory chemist and offer over 15 years of experience as a chemical lab supervisor. I extend outstanding Knowledge of standard chemistry lab procedures such as weighing, liquid transfer and dilution. My expertise is on developing laboratory prototypes and test methodology in addition to verifying pharmaceutical production validation for potential market demand. At Bite Guard, I am assuming the Head Lab Chemist position. In this position, I will be reviewing product test sheet specifications to ensure products met internal/client specifications. I will be implementing new testing methods and techniques to enhance the quality of the products. I will be conducting daily monitoring of effluents for pH, temperature, quantity, and other critical factors to ensure compliance with Canadian standards and permits. I will also conduct analytical results, laboratory instrumentation, standardization, and equipment documents as quality records, in order to ensure the accuracy of data produced.

Duties at the Bite Guard Company

The Head Lab Chemist will be responsible for managing the laboratory team, overseeing research and development projects, and ensuring that all lab activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements. • Lead the laboratory team in developing and testing new products, ensuring that they meet customer needs and regulatory requirements. • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory testing, ensuring that they are in compliance with regulatory requirements. • Conduct research and development projects, including designing experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and presenting findings to management and stakeholders. • Oversee quality control processes, including testing raw materials and finished products, and ensuring that all products meet established quality standards. • Manage laboratory resources, including equipment, supplies, and personnel, to ensure efficient and effective operation. • Train and mentor laboratory staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable in laboratory procedures and techniques. • Ensure that laboratory activities are in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards. • Collaborate with other departments, including production, quality control, and regulatory affairs, to ensure that all laboratory activities support the company's goals and objectives. • Participate in the development and implementation of corporate policies and initiatives. • Continuously assess and improve laboratory processes and systems.
