Shabnam Hatami

 Dr. Hatami is a skilled and detail-oriented dentist with 4 years of experience in developing effective treatment plans for patients experiencing various oral diseases and issues. She has expertise in dental hygiene, pain management, and infection control. Her experience includes performing routine dental checkups, root canal procedures, surgical extractions, and interpreting X-rays to make accurate diagnoses and treatment decisions. Shabnam is also an excellent team player and has mentored teams at dentistry capacity. Additionally, she is knowledgeable in managing operations at the dentistry clinic capacity, including the delegation of dental hygienists, dental assistants, and office managers. Currently she works as a general dentists at Chenaran Health Department in Mashhad, Iran and as part of her responsibilities, she regularly performs dental checkups, offers various treatments such as RCT, extractions, filling cavities, tooth restoration and performs surgical extractions. Shabnam is a doctorate holder in Dental Surgery from the University of Medical Sciences in Mashhad, Iran, and has a high school diploma in experimental sciences. Shabnam has also attended various seminars and congresses on topics such as dental implants, laser in dentistry, application of ceramics in dentistry, dental traumatic injuries, and e-learning in medical sciences. Additionally, she has certificates in advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Basic Life Support, Interdisciplinary Sciences for Tomorrow's Medicine computer skills, and her level of proficiency in the English language (IELTS) is 6.5.

I am a dedicated dentist offering 3 years of experience practicing dentistry in coordination with a highly skilled team. I am adept in pain management and providing patients with guidance on preventative dental and oral recommendations. My expertise is to offer support to all daily clinical and non-clinical operations of my workplace by enforcing office policies and protocols and overseeing the delivery of quality dental care. I am also advanced in streamlining operational procedures and implementing solutions to increase efficiency. I offer a strong proficiency in turnaround management, operational excellence, and business planning. At Bite Guard, I assume the Chief Operation Officer position. My position involves both operational and clinical oversight responsibilities and will be working closely with the other executive members in the accomplishment of overall goals. As the COO, I will also act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding about new technologies in dentistry and dental care, as well as represent Bite Guard’s product by visiting doctors and other dental staff to solicit feedback on the Company product. I will be constantly involved in supporting clinical proposal activities, specification definition and product qualification.

Duties at the Bite Guard Company

The COO will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensuring that all business activities are aligned with the company's strategic goals. • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to support the company's mission and strategic goals. • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, including finance, human resources, IT, and operations. • Work with the executive team to develop and implement short-term and long-term business strategies. • Ensure that all departments are working effectively and efficiently, and that the company's operations are meeting or exceeding performance goals. • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to address them. • Manage and lead cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. • Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement corporate policies and initiatives. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners. • Ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards. • Continuously assess and improve processes and systems to ensure that the company is operating at peak efficiency. • Ensure that the company's culture is aligned with its values and mission, and that employees are engaged and motivated to achieve the company's goals.
