Negar Baharlouei

Dr. Negar Baharlouei is an experienced Dental surgeon based in Isfahan, Iran. With excellent preventative and restorative dental skills, she is committed to delivering high-quality care to her patients. Negar Baharlouei has expertise in dental assessments, tooth extraction, anesthetic administration, pain management, x-ray review and interpretation, emergency dental care, and restorative dentistry. Negar Baharlouei has worked at the Pars Dental Clinic as a general dentist from 2019 to 2023. In this role, she developed treatment programs for patients with dental issues, including periodontal disease, tooth decay, and TMJ. She collaborated with other dental professionals, such as oral surgeons, periodontists, dental hygienists, and office managers, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Negar Baharlouei also performed four-handed dentistry, provided patient education before and after procedures, and interpreted X-rays for accurate diagnoses. Negar Baharlouei also worked at the Torabinejad Operating Room and Dental Research Center as a general dentist from 2019 to 2023. In this role, she administered care in emergency situations, extracted teeth, performed root canals, and filled cavities. She ensured regulatory compliance, collected data on research progress, and assisted with four-handed dentistry. Negar Baharlouei holds a doctorate in general dentistry from the University of Medical Sciences in Isfahan, Iran, which she earned in 2019.

I am a knowledgeable Dental Surgeon and spent the last 3 years in maximizing my patients’ wellness and educating myself about the trendy dental equipment and facilities with a focus on increasing efficiency and profitability. A vast part of my expertise is to make use of the latest dental technologies and processes to help my patients in the best possible manner, while focusing on increasing comfort and efficiency and reducing overall costs. At Bite Guard, I assume the Chief Production Officer position. As the CPO, I will develop a vision and set the strategic direction of Bite Guard products according to market needs, customer expectations, business growth, and overall technology strategy. As part of my major responsibilities, I will be proactively conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance. I will drive the whole product lifecycle from design, launch, and developing cross-functional partnerships. In addition, I will define product requirements and roadmaps, including things such as feasibility, time, cost, and impact, and ensuring that they are in line with Bite Guard’s vision and strategy. I will directly collaborate with our Chemist overseeing the Dental Laboratory Production.

Duties at the Bite Guard Company

The CPO will be responsible for leading the product development process, ensuring that our products align with the company's strategic goals, and delivering exceptional value to our customers. • Develop and implement a product strategy that aligns with the company's mission and strategic goals. • Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget. • Manage the product roadmap, ensuring that it is aligned with customer needs and market trends. • Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that products are delivered on time and with high quality. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, competitive trends, and emerging technologies. • Analyze product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners. • Work with the executive team to develop and implement corporate policies and initiatives. • Manage the product team, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's mission and goals, and that they are motivated and engaged. • Collaborate with other executives to develop and implement business strategies that support the company's growth and profitability. • Ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
