He specializes in business development, program management, and team building. Throughout his successful professional career, over 50 people have directly reported to him from various departments including customer service, lending, wealth management, IT support, HR, and communication. Based on his professional background, he is competent and skilled in managing and running a startup business in Canada. Seyed Mabood possesses a wide range of skills and abilities, including financial management, strategic and financial planning, and risk management. In his most current role as Bank Manager at Tejarat Bank in Iran he oversees yearly operational budgets and full-on revenue tracking on regular basis. Seyed Mabood holds a Master's degree in Islamic Banking from the Iran Banking Institute, a Bachelor's degree in Management of Banking Affairs from the Iran Banking Institute, an Associate degree in Application of Computer Software from Azad University in Khalkhal, Iran, and a High School Diploma in Mathematics from Allameh Tabatabaei in khalkhal, Iran. Additionally, he holds certificates in Teaching Fundamentals of Banking and Foreign Exchange from the Iran Banking Institute.

A Message from Seyed Mabood

I am a professional bank manager with an advanced experience at both Managerial and Financial capacity for over 26 years. I got both my master’s and bachelor’s degrees in banking from Iran’s Banking Institute. I offer exceptional competence in accurately preparing, examining, and analyzing accounting records and various forms of financial reports. In my current role as a Branch Manager, I employ extensive managerial knowledge in directing teams of advisors, sales and service representatives, financial planners, and business partners. At Bite Guard, I assume the Chief Executive Officer position, and in this position, I will manage strategic planning and implementing financial discipline with a hands-on approach to leadership. As part of this role, I will build long-term trusting relationships with clients and vendors to market our idea. As the CEO of the company, I will also supervise the full compliance with Canada’s legal requirements and regulations, as well as ensuring that the company is maintaining a high social responsibility. I will also assess hiring needs, direct and oversee the employee recruitment process, and develop training programs based on knowledge gained in the international business environments. I will also ensure that Bite Guard’s sales strategies are up-to-date with the latest market trends by expanding my knowledge as well as attending industry-related events.

The CEO will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic vision for the company, driving revenue growth, and delivering value to our customers and shareholders. • Develop and implement a strategic vision and plan for the company, in collaboration with the executive team and board of directors. • Drive revenue growth and profitability, ensuring that the company is delivering value to its customers and shareholders. • Lead the executive team and employees, inspiring and motivating them to achieve the company's goals. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, investors, and regulators. • Manage the company's finances and operations, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives. • Develop and implement policies and initiatives that support the company's growth and profitability. • Ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards. • Represent the company in public forums and media events, and serve as a spokesperson for the company's mission and values. • Develop and maintain a positive corporate culture that is aligned with the company's values and mission. • Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the company's success. • Continuously assess and improve the company's performance, processes, and systems.
